SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Here at FLEURENZ, we strive hard to make our customers happy in every way that we can. We will make sure to inform you via email if there has been any delays on your package shipment.
Currently, we are only offering our STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Your order will arrive within 8-12 business days from the time you placed your order with us. Please note that custom orders will need approximately 4-6 weeks of production time prior to shipment. We want to make sure every piece is made with the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
We understand that this may be an issue to some but rest assured that we are actively seeking better ways on how we can get our beautiful pieces to you faster. We are excited to see you wear FLEURENZ!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA, UK, MEXICO, FRANCE, ITALY, NORWAY, AUSTRALIA)
Over the past few months, we've been receiving a lot of love from our International supporters. We understand that high shipping cost can be an issue for many and so we've decided to offer a flat rate of:
- $15 (Canada)
- $15 (UK, Mexico, France, Italy, Norway)
- $16 (Australia)
SHIPPING TIME
Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it and have it shipped within 8-12 business days. All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class Package and will take about 4-5 days to arrive. All International orders will take 1 to 3 weeks to be delivered. Please allow extra time for shipping during the holidays.
Please note that custom pieces will require a longer processing time (approximately 4-6 weeks). You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once we finish creating your custom jewelry.
LOST PACKAGES
Once we drop off packages at the U.S. Post Office, we no longer have any control as to what happens to the package, and therefore, are not responsible for any missing packages. We cannot issue any refunds or send replacements for any missing packages. In the unfortunate event that your package gets lost in the mail, we will file a claim with the Post Office and update you as soon as we receive more information.
